If you wish to return an item, all return requests must be approved by a Customer Care Representative within 14 days of purchase.

We are happy to accept fragrance returns but it is your responsibility to organise and cover the cost of these services. In the case of damaged items please provide proof of case lodged with postal service to receive your store credit or refund. Defective or incorrectly sent items will be refunded or replaced at no cost.
